  • Account Data: First Name, Last Name, Email, Password (encrypted), Date of Birth (to verify legal age).

  • Game Data: User-chosen Nickname, tickets purchased, played coordinates, match history.

  • Transaction Data: Details of purchases and subscriptions. Important note: We do NOT store full credit card numbers; payments are securely handled by certified external providers (e.g., Wix Payments, Stripe, PayPal).

  • Shipping Data: Physical address and phone number (only if you win a physical prize, to allow the courier to deliver).

3. HOW WE USE YOUR DATA

We process your data to:

  • Provide the Service: To allow you to participate in competitions and manage your account.

  • Deliver Prizes: To ship won products to your address.

  • Transparency (Winners): As provided in the Rules, we will publish only your Nickname, your City, and the Prize won on the site. We will never publish your full First and Last Name or your exact address without further consent.

  • Legal Obligations: Invoicing and maintenance of accounting records as required by Dutch law.

4. DATA SHARING

Your data is never sold to third parties. It may only be shared with:

  • Service providers: Hosting platform (Wix.com), payment processors, and shipping couriers.

  • Authorities: Only if expressly requested by law enforcement for investigations into fraud or illegal activities.

5. SECURITY

We use standard security protocols (HTTPS/TLS) to protect data during transmission. Access to data is limited to authorized personnel of Ovy B.V.

6. YOUR RIGHTS (GDPR)

As a user resident in the EU, you have the right to:

  • Access your personal data.

  • Request the correction of incorrect data.

  • Request the deletion of data ("Right to be forgotten"), except for those we are legally obliged to retain (e.g., tax invoices).
